I have to admit that I have been busier than any ten people should ever have to be over the past several weeks and I have had to miss out on some wonderful events. Dove Nominated Album Yield’s Top 20 Song For The Marksmen Quartet.

“Timber and Nails,” by the Marksmen Quartet, a single from Rural Rhythm Records, made its debut appearance at #16 on the Bluegrass Now charts in March. “We are excited about how radio is receiving this touching song,” said Earle Wheeler, quartet leader. We were riding down the road in a big ole 98 Oldsmobile that was probably getting 5 gallons to the mile and it was Saturday morning just before Easter Sunday and I was at my grandparents.
